Why use hounds to hunt bushpigs?

1. With hounds, we usually start where they cause damage and follow the tracks to where they hide.
2. This method is probably the only way to test your dogs for breeding purposes.

Bushpig Hunting
We work hard to train the dogs to hunt only bushpigs, so nothing other than bushpigs may be shot.
All dogs have GPS e-collars so we can maintain control.

We place a strong emphasis on safety:

1. No alcohol during the hunt.
2. Safety briefing before the hunt.
3. Smaller groups.
4. Wearing bright orange clothing.

It is welcomed if the landowner can join the hunt.
